Nice guy. Friendly, on time, tried to help us fix our washer. Unfortunately it is not salvageable (we were aware this could be the issue, needed a pro to confirm.) Offered to come out again within 30 days if we had any further issues with an appliance since he didn't actually diagnose/repair the washer. Thankfully we haven't seen the same issues which warranted the call, so I would call it a win-win situation. Would hire again.

Tim came in to take a look at my washer for 30 mins ($75) outlined the issue, and said part repair is $250 and all day labor of $500. I said, ok I think it is best to get a new washer given the cost factor. I asked to get a written report and suggestion for brand/type of washer that is durable. Texted 3 times and never got a response. Bad customer service. I think its fair to ask for a write up given I paid $75 for consultation for 30mins of work. I get usually get customer service via Angi recommendation... but I guess this company wasn't vetted great.
