the cleaning quality was fine, and I thought we were off to a good start. But then the train came off the tracks when I reviewed the invoices, which took a month to deliver. I was initially told it would cost $150 to clean a compact 3br/2.5ba home vacation rental home, and 2 extra hours for the initial cleaning, based upon an on-site inspection. Then, a month later I received an invoice for $550 dollars. She also cleaned a second similar home, and for that, the invoice was $500. The subsequent invoice was over $375 per home. She explained that the team couldn't wait for laundry, so she took it home to do and charged me $90 for the 3 hours it took her to wash a set of towels.
Kathy went way overboard in running up my credit card for activities that were not approved, and not reasonable.
At any rate, I protested these charges with the credit card company and was reimbursed for everything that wasn't authorized - over $900 in the course of a month.
