The movers were very friendly and willing to do whatever I needed them to do; HOWEVER, they sent two people to do the job (which might have been enough) but they MILKED the clock! They literally were carrying 1-2 boxes (small boxes) at a time. I actually started helping. When we transported my belongings to the new location, they were driving SO SLOW, at first I thought **they are just being careful with my belongings** then I thought **no, they are milking the clock**. They kept telling me how they only get paid $20 and hour, but I was paying them $110 per hour. Ultimately, I had to pay for 8.5 hours of work. That should only have taken about 3-4. Oh, did I mention EVERYTHING was packed and disassembled before they hot there? Then, they tore up my walls and didnâ t want to pay for it, then asked me if I had gotten the insuranceâ ¦.what insurance? Why would I need that, who was supposed to offer it? Lastly, I had texted the owner a question, wanting to know the modality of payment-he never replied. When it was time to pay, he said CASH. Then, he charged me 4% processing fee for using a credit card**¨. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I will NEVER use them again. I read the 4-5 reviews for this place and they lacked accuracy!

The three gentleman worked very hard and was very respectful. They carefully wrapped all items before loading on the truck. The three gentleman did an EXCELLENT job! Thank you Moses for sending such EXCELLENT workers!

Changed dates on me at the last minute because they double booked on Saturday. Supposed to show up at 9:00 am on Sunday with a 26 ft truck and 3 guys. Did not come until 11;15 and came with a 24 ft truck and only 2 guys. The person who came on Thursday to see what had to be moved and give me an approximate length of time to complete the job said it would take about 4 hours. It took them 10 hours and all my stuff did not get moved. Moses is a very poor manager and does not work well with his customers. VERY EXPENSIVE. The guys who actually moved me were wonderful but not very speedy.

"Hello there. Sorry about the experience. Your dishonesty made it harder for us to help you navigate your move. Firstly,you had said only few items would be moved based on the quote. You did change your mind and said on the move date. We ended up moving 5 bedrooms worth of items eventually. Realistically speaking its does take 2 days to move 5 plus bedrooms. We dispatched 4 movers but we only charged you for the price of 3.You had requested 17ft truck but gotten 24ft instead. You had stated there were no stairs in the house you were going to but obviously, that was a blatant lie. And yes it was hard to manage your move because it's you kept being dishonest."

The two movers worked so hard, and all the time were super careful and pleasant. I was also thrilled that from my conversation with the owner, to work being finished, it was 4 hours! In other words, they did my move the same day I called!

I had a very complicated move that the 3 gentlemen handled very capably. In addition, we made this move on a day where the temperatures exceeded 100 degree's, but not one time did any of them complain. I am working on selling my Mother's home and they arrived to the house and packed all the things that were being moved to my home first, followed by the items that were to be moved into storage. They then moved any remaining furnishings into the garage. We then met at the storage unit and they quickly offloaded all of the items into storage and proceeded to my home. Once here, they then moved all items out of an upstairs bedroom, and then moved office furniture into one of the free bedrooms. They moved all items in a downstairs ADA room to the upstairs bedroom and the final step was to move all remaining items from the truck into the ADA Room. This was a long, hot day, 10.5 hours. These men were polite, professional, and very kind even as the day wore on and got very long! The group was able to meet my needs quickly and efficiently. All other movers were not available for at least 3 weeks which would have delayed putting the house on the market. I would suggest if you want a good team, hire Ultimate Movers!

The movers themselves were wonderful. They really cared. The head guy was named Paul, and he had two helpers. But when it was time to pay up, his unseen boss wanted over half again as much as I had originally been led to believe I'd be paying. He couldn't itemize convincingly, or even tell me how much the sales tax was. He just threw out some vague after-the-fact estimate of the total, well over $900. I had to bargain him down over the phone, and I still ended up paying too much. I feel sorry for his employees, whom I tipped generously. I'm mystified as to why I had this unpleasant experience, when I see such glowing reviews from other customers. Just one of those odd things, I guess.

They did not bring any boxes so they packed my stuff in small sections which took longer. They did break a frame to one of my pictures.

Fast and friendly. They arrived on time and worked quickly. The came and moved several couches for us in transported them to our new home. They may have manhandled the couches a little more than I would have liked but there was no damage done and they got the job complete within the allotted time frame.
