THIS STORE HAD A TRUCK AVAILABLE BUT NOT A DOLLY. I ENDED UP GOING TO ANOTHER UHAUL STORE TO GET ONE AND WHEN I MENTIONED 'PIANO DOLLY' THE AGENT SAID, 'OH, FURNITURE DOLLY' AND PROCEEDED TO SHOW ME ONE. HOWEVER, THE AGENT AT THE STORE #1 MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CLARIFY MY REQUEST. AND WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK LATER THAT DAY THERE WERE DOLLIES STACKED IN ANOTHER AREA OF THEIR STORE.
