I've brought my car here a couple times, and this is the only place I'll take my car from now on. They're friendly, the cost is competitive, and they're honest about what work actually needs to be done, and what can wait. They never try to pressure you into extra service.
I was hearing a noise and asked them to do an inspection to look into it when I brought my car in for the oil change and everything else. They did the inspection and heard a slight bearing noise, but determined it wasn't anything that would be a problem for a long time. They told me to keep an eye on it, charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Another place could have told me there was something seriously wrong and charged me an arm and a leg. They didn't, and I really appreciated that.
They give you a very detailed rundown of every bit of the work provided, and also make a note of possible things that may need checking in the future, which I really appreciated. For example, for an inspection, they'll note things that need immediate attention, and also note when something is getting a little worn, but isn't bad enough to replace yet - It's really good to be able to plan for what the next repair will be before it's an emergency! They send reminder emails for oil changes, which is nice.
There's also a loyalty card they add credit to when you spend money on a repair. I'd forgotten about mine, but they applied a $45 credit to the price of my recent service, which was really nice.
They provide shuttle service, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

First , they did their comprehensive service inspection and identified several areas of concern . They and quot;topped off and quot; the following fluids : Windshield washer solvent ; coolant ; power steering fluid ; and , the transmission fluid . They found the rear shock absorbers were worn and recommended replacing both - - - which they did ! Before returning the vehicle to me , they cleaned the vehicle inside and out , to include washing the windows and vacuuming the carpet .

They have an excellent computer system that keeps track of all of the vehicle maintenance that has been performed, and they were able to access the service requirements for all types of vehicles. They're able to work on all types and models of vehicles. They know who I am, they're local, and if the service is going to take more than an hour or so, they will take me home and pick me up when it's ready.

They are my favorite company. They have a deal where you can sign up for a lifetime oil change. I think it's about 3000 miles. I like them so much that; when I bought my new car, I didn't take it to the dealer but to them for servicing. It's really convenient. They have the shuttle service. I can drop my car and they can drop me back to the house and also pick me up when it's done. My new car is Hyundai and the only problem I have had in the last three years is, like a computer fuel issue. I took it to them and they looked at it. They found out what the problem was and checked with Hyundai dealer. It was something under warranty by Hyundai. They got Hyundai to fix the problem. They got it back and picked me and I didn't get it serviced. It's a personal kind of service. They are great. I would use them in the future.
