Mike came out and refinished our old 1970's fiberglass tub and shower with surround that had some bad staining. We had others come in and provide estimates but they were only interested in a replacement project for $8K + per unit. He was on time, pleasant to work with and very professional. He patiently answered my abundant questions before and during the work. We added an item during the work to replace the bath fixtures on this unit and also the master bath unit. He was good about watching for our pets which include two indoor cats. The results are night and day with the tub/shower unit looking new and beautiful. He ensured that venting was good and cleaned up everything after the work was finished. He also gave us clear instructions on the ongoing care for the refinished unit. If I were not moving so soon, I would have had him refinish the second unit. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to have this done.

Mike was cordial and explained the process and after completion walked me through replacing the fixtures. Because of the cure process the fixtures can’t go back on right away to avoid damaging the finish.

The job was performed fine, but the customer service side was amazingly bad.  I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.  My contractor apparently did not pay this company on time, and out of the blue Bathtub Refinishing Company sent me a notice of lien.  No warning first, no opportunity to pay or get my contractor to pay, but a lien out of the blue.  Who does that?  Be warned, stay away.

Very satisfied with The Bathtub refinishing work. Mike did an amazing job on our Shower stall. He was very good with communicating the details of the job and was very skilled, prompt and professional. I'm extremely happy with his craftsmanship and I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch bathtub/Shower re-glazing specialist. We definitely will be using his services in the future.

Mike was courteous, informative and punctual.  The job was finished as promised, when promised, and the tub looks fantastic.  Mike even went above and beyond, making some adjustments to my front door!  I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

This was a completely professional and painless process from start to finish. Mike took us through his entire process, while offering very constructive and helpful ideas for our bathroom update.

I bought a house with the original 1960 pink bathtub. I bought a deal to have the tub refinished white. Looks amazing! Cleaned up well, and pointed out the faucet is leaky (because it has to cure for 24 hours, shouldn't get wet). Suggested additional ideas, e.g. Refinishing the tile surround instead of replacing. Overall, great experience!

My tub is about 30 years old at least? And I am renovating my house and I wanted to keep my tub, it is a nice good sized tub that I can lay down in, not small like the newer tubs. I found the Tub Refinisher on Angie's List and Mike came to my home and performed a miracle on this beat up tub. I had shower doors on it for a good 20 years and he was able to get all the junk off and there was so much damage and scratches on this tub from wear and tear over the years. The house has been a rental for the last 10 years, so it has been beaten up...now I have a beautiful new house and tub to enjoy for myself! Mike did a great job! Well worth the price, it was a great deal :o)

I liked his work ethic and the fact that he brought samples to let me know what he had available. We ended up going for a more textured look on the tile, and he really knew what he was doing. It was also very easy to schedule with him. I am very pleased with his work.

Installer was very informative and professional. He showed up on time, and completed the job in the expected amount of time. Upon request, he textured the bottom of the tub with a non-skid pattern. Caulking was done well.
The only issue with the job was dust in the finished surface, so it's not a perfect finish.

We had a bathtub with a nasty rust spot. We put up with it for 8 years, but as we were getting ready to sell the house, we wanted to fix it! Every option we saw was thousands of dollars. Bathtub Refinishers gave us a beautiful tub for an incredible price! I would use them
again in a heartbeat!! Provider was very professional and timely - finished the job early!

This was an excellent encounter with The Bathtub Refinishing Co. Our bath tub was refinished in place, with new caulking, and no overspray. We even got some simple suggestion on how to spruce up our bathroom by ourselves. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

he called when he was caught up in traffic...no fault on his part...went to work right away...no chit chat..did all his prep work-venting the bathroom so that i would not get any of fumes thru out house...the 2nd day when he finished job, let me know when i could use tub (i like to take baths), how to take care of it, how long it would last. what cleaners to use, and if any problems, to call him direct...

Very prompt. Kept to his estimate. Did an EXCELLENT job of the refinishing. After he was gone, I noticed that the tub was not recaulked, so if you go with him I would make sure this is included in the job.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT BATHTUB REFINISHERS DOES. THE FINISH LOOKS NICE AND CLEAN. IT DOES NOT CHIP AND WILL STAND UP TO MANY DIRTY FEET. LOVE IT AND THE WORK IS GREAT! VERY PROFESSIONAL.
