3Man Crew , with head man sitting in truck all day as he was injured some where else, he did not get out to check on the crew or the job.Even after the job was done ? The workers had all 3 doors torn apart instead of finishing one,this caused a hard time for our employees to come and go in a very busy School. The doors were installed nicely and work fine, even though it took all day to install 3 pre-hung doors , but a good job. The finish work and the calking were very bad,the worker who did the finish caulking did not know how to caulk and ran his finger down the caulk and got it spread all over the siding, so now we had to have paint matched to try and cover the bad caulk. Some one from South Tacoma Glass came out and looked at the bad caulking job ans admitted it look bad and was done wrong, this was on a Friday,he said they would send someone out to correct the caulking on Tuesday,but no one showed up. I called today 02-15-22 and talk with the company, they informed me they would do nothing to resolve this issue, I informed them I had to have paint matched to the siding at $75.00 a QT. nothing was said in return. I told since I had been in remodeling for over 50 years I knew how to correct their mistake , he said fine. So in conclusion So. Tacoma Glass offered to help,no reimbursement ,nothing in return. They were paid in full ,no delays , but not even a phone call back to us about their faulty caulking. This is a shame, the finish work is your signature , and they signed it very poorly. I know that employees can ruin your reputation, but so can the business by just ignoring you and hope you go away. Well we went away alright, we have lots more doors and glass to redo on another building, guess who wont be doing the job ! The install will be corrected and I will have to pay my maintenance his hourly wage $25.00 per hour plus material to repair South Tacoma Glass faulty finish work, such a a shame on what was a good installation,but very poor finish work.

Sound Glass was great. Candice Peterson who takes the measurements and who is basically the project manager is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. The two installers were not only excellent, but were so careful not to scratch the new paint that we had just had done on our home. We will definitely be using Sound Glass again in the future.

Contacted shop for quote and scheduled replacement due to reviews and quoted price. Arrived early and replacement started immediately. Replacement did not take the 2 hours as quoted and the quality of the installation was great.

Looks great, quick and easy, affordable.

So easy. They took a few days to get someone to come look; the B on professionalism is because they said they would call me about when they were coming but they didn't, they just showed up. But they gave me a good estimate, only took a couple of weeks to get custom window units made, and when they were ready they came and replaced the defective windows in a short time at our home.

Perfect, they got the right measurements and got it done. Installation was timely and professional.

They were right on time on the day I requested. Polite, courteous and hard working crew. Good leadership and diligence. I have a very old House and they did all they had to do to make it work beautifully. We were most impressed by their attention to detail. The cleanup job they did was flawless. I am thrilled with the product and the installation overall. Would definitely do it again.

They went around and did all the windows. There were 13 windows altogether in the house. They took them all out and put new ones in. We're real happy with them. The house is about 60 years old. So, I think there was some adjusting that they had to do. They were the lowest bid I got by a good thousand dollars. They just did a wonderful job. They were on time and clean. They came out for a walk through after we had them a little bit to make sure we were happy. It was just good service. I just thought that they were thorough and efficient and economical. It seems like it was $2900. They were double pane, the kind that you can pull open from the inside of the house. Everything worked out excellent. They were the best people. I've since referred them to other people and everybody is happy.

My experience with this company was great throughout my dealings with them.  My drivers side window came off tracks this morning, 2 weeks after having another company charge me $300 to fix it.  I decided not to go with the original company, wanted to work with someone else to see what was going on.  Did my research both on Angie's List as well as Yelp and found that South Tacoma Glass Specialists had an outstanding rating.  I called their office at 0800, and the lady I talked to was friendly and asked questions.  She told me that it would cost $65 to pull the door apart to determine what was wrong.  She was able to get me setup with a 10am appointment.  When I arrived Tracy was at the counter and she had me fill out some information and took my keys.  She explained to me what was going to happen, and that it would take up to an hour to diagnose the issue.  She was very friendly and helpful.  About 1040 she called me and let me know that the window regulator was bad, the arm was bent out of shape and would need replacing.  Prior to her calling, she had called around to the dealership and local auto parts stores and got pricing and parts availability.  The technicians buttoned my car back up, and I took it to get the part from O'Reilly for $68.  Took the part back, and asked if the technician could get me before they removed the part so I could take a picture so that I could go to the other company and find out what they did for $300.  Josh came out, and he made sure to give me the chance for pictures, and took the time to explain and show me what was bad.  I really appreciated this, and they gave the bad part back so I could deal with the other company.  Overall, from the time I initially dropped my car off to it being fixed was about 2 hrs 15 minutes, with a cost of $86 from the glass company.  I am highly pleased with this company and will be bringing my business back to them in the future.

They were quick and good quality. I was very happy. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They installed some glass. I got a call they next day form the manager saying that they had a manufacturing error and they will replaced the glass. The glass was not of the right grade. They have a relationship with the power company and they are one of the approve contractors. The will replace the glass as soon as it becomes available. They are a reputable company.

They came out and measured and inspected, then came back about 10 days later to replace the glass.  They did an excellent job, even going so far as to wash the outside of the entire window unit while it was raining.  They were quick and professional, and showed us where the unit had some long-time leaks and would eventually need to be replaced, suggesting a regular window unit for energy savings.

The guys were very professional.   The only problem I came across was the sliding glass door.  Initially, the sales rep quoted me without grids on the door but thankfully the door was done with girds and the increase in price was acceptable.

Everything was wonderful! They got everything done in a day including clean up! i checked other companies who up talked their windows making it sound like their windows were the only ones of its kind. This place had the same type of windows for an affordable price. I notice the difference in my pse bill. The employees are super helpful and want you to be informed and will answer all questions to be as helpful as possible. Highly recommended!

On time, as specified.  Good clean up.

I was disappointed in them.  The never did order the glass when I called about six weeks later when they were supposed to be done.  I thought they already ordered it.  When they did bring it, they broke one of the windows which I found out later on.  They ordered another one.
