I have been in the electrical trade since 1988, I opened my own business in 2006 we offer great service and we have very few callbacks for warrenty. we use good quality parts to help prevent any call backs. I have 5 employess and myself that works here at Smart Homes Electric. I do not charge a trip charge to look at work. I like to give my best pricing up front and I would say 95% of the time I am one of the lowest bids. We curantly charge $65.00 per man hour for time and material jobs during regular business hours and $95.00 per man hour after hours. I will inform the customer if time and materials would be more beneficial then a bid job. We are very honest and hard working. We strive for customer satisfaction. We offer senior discount of 10% and we are a member of the BBB look us up.
