I needed an alarm system for my condo and purchased one from Security One. After filling out some forms and e-signing the monitoring agreement, Security One customized my security package and programmed the alarm panel. I received it a couple days later and all I had to do was put the contacts on the doors, hang the motion detector and smoke detector, plug the panel into the outlet and VUALA,, it was done. It is all wireless and uses GSM cellular for communication which is great because I have no land line phone. oh... and I LOVE the phone app and being able to control it on my iPhone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything went great, Awesome system and Awesome company to deal with.
I ordered a system from Security One online and after a quick phone call and signing the monitoring agreement on DocuSign, the system was programmed and mailed to me. It took me literally 15 minutes to install 3 door contacts, 1 motion and plug the system into the outlet. I opted for a desk mount for the control panel so that I didn't have to screw it into the wall.

Great system and outstanding service.
Love being able to control the system and view the camera they installed at my front door, cant wait to add more cameras later on.
