2. The paperwork we received from the sellers regarding the warranty states they offer a 5 year warranty on all paint and labor. Paint is bubbling all over the house and garage and large pieces of paint have fallen off. My husband and I have tried ALL summer to get a hold of this company. I can't even tell you the number of times my husband has called and left messages or hasn't even been able to leave a message. Not to mention emails not being returned. We finally heard back from him the end of August and he stated he would come by either the next day or within the week. We have seen nothing of him or heard anything back from him. I AM NOT IMPRESSED with this company's form of customer service. Not professional at all.
And to top it all off we sent him a letter (certified) asking for him to please contact us by Oct 1st and we have not received anything from the post office or from the company. I guess that the next step is to get a hold of an attorney. Do not use this company!
"This client was drinking all-the-time from start to finish. He would say he loved the paint job then say just the opposite after a while. The paint job is perfect-like all our jobs. The carpenter he hired wasn't so hot but, we had nothing to do with him. He worked on his own. Go look at the homes in Sunnyside Heights in Steilacoom, if you want to see our work.We painted all the homes there, mine is the second one as you go through the gates. Ive been around many people like this and we let it go in one ear and out the other. www.scheerpainting.com"
