They responded within days of my call and it was right before the holidays when family was due in town. I was very grateful!

Be advice that they may have to come out several times to treat your problem and they charge each time. Budget accordingly.

The technician that arrived the first time was not prepared for the environment we have. He had no ladder, no flashlight, and no staples for the staple gun he was going to use. This took another visit, by another technician, to get the initial work done. I am not sure why the main office asked all the questions on the interview call. That information was not passed on to the technician. We'll have to see how they do going forward, because they have me "locked" into a 1 year contract.

Don't hire for bedbugs there treatment didn't work

They do a excellent job keeping the bugs away (and we are next to a creek with heavy yard growth). They are more expensive than other companies but well worth it. We have them on an every 3 month application schedule.

We are happy with every aspect of their service.

I've seen no noticeable change in the amount of pests. I still clean spiderwebs and find ants on a weekly basis.

Looked on line homesadvisor.com searching different pest control companies... And first call I get early morning was Colin very professional great customer service very informative with the whole process which made me feel confident to go with Edge Pest Control Austin and very nice guy. David the pest tech treated my home and outside he also very informative very nice guy did his job. So far so good no spiders no ants !!! Overall thank you Jesus all is well !!!

Had Edge out to my house in less than 24 hours to address routine pest control (primary issue American monster roaches, esp with weather changes). They were prompt in responding to my inquiry via Home Advisor and remained professional, customer-focused and organized- all of this without being pushy or overly zealous to "make a sell". Collin via phone and Derik in person - both great to work with! Have signed on for 2 yr maintenance program. Keep up the great service...b/c if not I have no problem editing/ amending this comment :) Thank you!
