They were able to accommodate my urgent need in 12 hours and were very transparent in their process and pricing.

The person that they sent out was unprofessional and unprepared. He did not bring his own ladder or flashlight. The evaluation that he did was not true.

Cleaned up after himself, on time, and very friendly!

Try to get contract agreement 2 years first only phone call after try to get appointment that even not do any work yet we do not like that but technician did good job.

I feel like I was scammed. Rushed into a contract for 4 more "treatments" of something that does not work.

Kenneth gave us a wealth of information about our ants and other pests and how he would deal with them. He clarified the services we contracted for and the services that are included. He then proceeded to treat the house inside and outside, the garage and yard including the fences where we had seen ants. Were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and service.

They would only work for me if I signed up for a yearly plan, nothing less. I was in a tight spot because I had another contractor here and didn't want to slow down his work waiting for someone else. This company was the only one listed.

Had our first service. The service was great and they worked with us to give us a price lower than other companies. They were on time and set up a plan that will help us control our ant problem.

On time, proved services as promised.

Had our first appointment today and are setup on a quarterly plan for the next year. Customer service and scheduling pro were friendly and patient with all of my questions. Were on time and alerted us when it looked like they would be there towards the end of the service window. One minor miscommunication in that once on site they said they could not go IN the attic to treat for pests when they said on the phone that they could. But I asked if he could spray from the hatch opening and he did. So I am satisfied with that. They also covered a bird hole with screen that I had, but hadnt gotten to fixing. Very pleased with them going the extra mile and their professionalism. Will have to wait to see if there is a reduction in spiders and pests, but so far Im very pleased. Was also offered a discount for having my first service scheduled for while a truck was already in my area. THAT was much appreciated!

Everyone was so courteous! They were prompt and gave me all the discounts they had going at the time. They were here and done within a few hours of when I made the call. I'm so impressed.

They called me as soon as I registered and were oout here the very next morning.
