updated review - 9/28/2018 After recently posting my first review of this company I was contacted by Morgan in the customer service department. She asked about my experience and apologized for what happened. She also pointed out that I had cancelled my contract with Edge in February of 2017 and with a hefty penalty. She wanted to know if there was anything she could do to make up for the bad experience and listened further to what happened. While there is nothing that can change what happened a year and a half ago, the mere fact that they made the effort to contact me was impressive. Morgan added that they are trying very hard to improve upon mistakes made in the past and assured me the technician that assisted me was no longer with the company. I currently do not need their services and may or may not not hire them again in the future. That said however I would say they are making a vast improvement in their customer service and would say until the issue i had last year they did provide good service and showed up as scheduled and were up front about fees and what would be involved to get rid of my rodent problem at the time. I am going to change my overall view and rating based on my recent experience with Edge. I applaud them for trying to make amends and improve upon their company. ___________________________________________________________________ While I would recommend them in their timeliness and thoroughness of assessing my rodent issue and addressing it by setting traps and explaining the process, I would not praise them in their follow up. When the specialist came to refill the outside traps he was very careless and dumped remaining poison in my yard leaving adequate amounts visible in the snow where any animal or small child could have played in it or pets could have eaten it. When I called to complain they tried to assure me it would take very large amounts of the residue to harm an animal or small child. That was not the point. The point was there was poison strewn in the yard from dumping the trap. There was no apology or even an offer to come assess the situation. I would not hire them again.

Friendly and fast. Got locked into a year contract just to get rid of ants. I would have preferred to have a recommended plan and pay per visit.

Technician could have asked me to unlock our shed which I didn't think about but other than that they were efficient.

I wasn't satisfied with how they were trying to figure out where the wasps were coming from, and it seemed that the pest control person had no idea. Nevertheless, he did do all the procedures they usually do, spray inside, then outside. After he left, I still saw wasps coming into my condo. I called them, and they said it should take about a week for their product to work through. That was a very unsatisfactory answer, and I may not wait for a week if wasps will still keep coming in.

I don't expect my ant issue to be gone with one treatment, so next one in a month. The job was done on the same day I was looking to hire someone. Doesn't get much faster than that. Tristin was very professional, explained the process and assured me of the safety of the product. Job was done quickly and professionally.

New to the area. Pleasantly surprised by quality of service.

So far problem is not solved but will call them back and reserve my judgment til then.

They are always very respectful about letting me know when, they are coming and reporting to me the progress of managing the situation.

Very pleased with the service I received from these guys. From the logistics team in the office to the guys that came out to perform the service they were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

It was a little off putting at the first contact to be given a sales pitch and have to ask several questions before getting the lowest price. The young men who came out to do the work were very personable and professional, instilling confidence in my decision to hire Edge.

Great customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, gave a courtesy call before arrival. Explained the service and treatment.

everything worked out great

The associates were very friendly, however, they did not bring the supplies to close a possible entrance to my crawlspace. I have had them out a few times and have requested that they block the possible entry. I have a follow up today and will see if they arrive with the necessary equipment. As for the value for the money - time will tell.

Did a great job but pricey

Very professional and well spoken. Took the time to answer all questions and did a thorough job. First time I have used this service and it is a 12 month contract so will see how it progresses throughout the year.

I originally called this company for the removal of a yellow jacket nest. I subscribed to the service on a 4 month cycle for overall insect/pest control. The service personnel are professional, courteous and very good at notifying me when they are on their way and when they have completed the service. I was committed to a year only, but will continue the service as I do notice a decrease in spiders and ants, and have not had a return of the yellow jackets.
