the reps came just after 9 am following my request for service around 7 pm Wednesday. The tech's were well organized, They did the PW upfront and I understood the 9 visit proceed every 12 weeks . the info matched the quote and timing for service was right on. They proceeded to treat inside and out side and told me I could call if the process after two weeks., especially if things don't improve. So far service was quick and appears to be thorough. Thank you for helping at my time of need.

Overpriced and underdelivered. I needed a pesky rat taken care of immediately. We ended up catching it ourselves because they were out of traps 2 weeks in a row.

Company seems responsive and provides a lot of information regarding what they will do for me.

I would differently use Edge for all my pest needs.

The service rep was congenial professional with our tenants and efficient eliminating and preventing the rodents from re-entering our home. Holes were sealed and traps were set. No activity from rodents since that visit.

Their record keeping was abysmal. I hired them to do a quarter long pest project for a rental I own. After over one hour on the phone when they showed for service they had the wrong address, wrong billing address, an incomplete contract, and demanded that I pay for a year's worth of service when during the original phone conversation I made it crystal clear I did not want that much service because we were tearing the building down in 3-4 months. I canceled my service after the first visit and am still receiving emails asking me to purchase more service. Abysmal, awful, horrible.

We previously had another service company for the same problem we now have. We were impressed by how thorough the technician from Edge was in comparison. He was also very polite and eager to answer questions.

It's been a week and a half that I have been using the service and the service people have been here every other day. I see no new mole holes in my yard. Doing something right - keep up the good work.

They explained their process and say that they’re 99.9% percent confident that they’ll catch the rat the first time they set the traps. I must be a member of the 0.1% club because the rat is still alive and well running around my attic and upstairs. Every time Edge techs need to come out and bait/set the traps, I have to miss work to be here and let them in. I hope it doesn’t take the entire year of the service contract I had to sign to get rid of the rat.

On time, courteous, explained all procedures, and products used. Since this was our first service,we will know more if no bugs return.

Had a lot issues getting payments set up. The actual lawn service seems good thus far.
