Prompt, courteous, and friendly service. The technician was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained their service. I had a hornet infestation, not only in the eaves, but they were almost through the ceiling drywall - this morning, no more bugs, no more scuffling noises up there, no more swarming my window. Phew!!

Team was very polite, serviced the house in a short period of time. office group was friendly snd explained sll of the contract.

My family was getting attacked by wasps that had created an underground nest near our driveway. It was horrifying! We were scared to leave the house. I reached out for help and Edge contacted me within an hour! They said they could come out that day- other places didn t have availability for at least 2 days. The value of $ for quality for the first visit was awesome, $100 to fully eradicate our wasps! But they did require me to agree to pay for 4 more service visits over a year, $120 each or cancel the remaining services and pay half of what they are worth. I was desperate so I agreed. I m not sure how valuable that will be for us yet, but they said they d also visit between scheduled service visits for free if we need it, which is a relief in case the wasps do come back or in case ants or something start bothering us. If we don t need them again though it will mean we ll be paying at least another $240 for nothing at all. But for now I can breathe easy getting my kid and baby in and out of the car. They gave us a 3 hour window for their visit and a call in advance of their visit to let us know when they were on their way. The treatment was quick, and we heard a full report after the agent finished. In all, Edge was fast, friendly, and efficient - those wasps are GONE. And if for some reason they return, at least I know I have Edge in my corner and I know I can count on them to do good work.

Fast response. Spoke with a representative when I called and scheduled same day service. All others took 2+ hours to respond.

The technicians arrived on time & were most efficient. One did outside spraying while the other inspected the inside looking for the location & entrance of the mouse/mice. Location was found & I caulked the area. Seemed to solve the problem but for a few days but another entry area must've been found so need to have it inspected again as soon as my busy schedule allows.

The technician went through the contract carefully, was courteous and punctual, but it's obvious that, because of the hazards connected with the service, there's lots of state & federal regulations which make it both complex and expensive.

I hade a mole problem with my home, I called them and paid a flat free. If any new holes pop up, I call them and they are here the next day. No more moles. Love them
