Big company and big team, so miscommunication between the person taking your payment and agreeing to offer the service you describe needing, and the tech who shows up to deliver a service seems inevitable. The tech didn t have a ladder on hand to handle the wasp nest as requested. Many spider-webs and spiders remained outside after the initial treatment.

Got a call and gave an estimate. 2 minutes later got a call back with a better price, ok good. The next day I called to confirm something and was told estimate was wrong and the price went up, not good. Also, the rep could not tell me if they would inspect underneath the house. That would be up to the service tech.
