The customer service was very good from the person answering the call to the person coming to the house and doing the spraying. We had a bug that we couldnâ t identify and the customer service person on the phone had us send a picture of it to them. They proceeded to identify it. We also showed a picture of the bug and one of the bugs that we had stepped on to the person that came to the house. They determined it to be some kind of beetle and sprayed accordingly.

All of the team are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a terrible ant problem that another company could not slive. Edge cleaned up the ant problem after 1 service! Now we are on quarterly service. Super great. Pet friendly too.

I did pest control years ago and I was impressed with his knowledge. I have had the pleasure of working with 3 different employees and have been impressed with each one. They treated my whole acre of property for ants, bees, wasp, mice, etc

For once in a long time... a company that actually talks and then supplies customer service! I tried to control the sugar/moisture ants myself and after many years ... lost. They got in under control reasonably quick. The always call before they get here to let you know. The only thing that would be more helpful would be a day advanced notice so I could keep the dogs in. More reasonably priced than Orkin (used in the past and though the tech was very nice and reliable, the company was not at all responsive) and a lot more service oriented. I do recommend without reservation.

Iâ ve used a lot of pest control companies, and Edge is as good as they come. Very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual. Always calls ahead and never pushes back if I need them out in between scheduled visits. They also added my barns to my plan, which required some flexibility and custom pricing. Still very affordable. Highly recommend.

The technician Erma was very through and did all that I requested. You can send her every time. She took her time and made sure to get any or all pest.

I had a difficult time convincing the schedulers that I wanted to control the timing of the service. I thought at first, and after following one of the service people around, it was pretty pricey for the work done. But after comparing the price with other pest control companies, and following another service person around (she did a more thorough job), I felt the price was OK.
