they always give 2 to 3 days notice. Upon arrival they always come to the door and ask if we have noticed any trouble areas, indoors or outdoors. They get to work right away, are always polite and let me know when they have finished

I was told this company had done a great job for a relative a few years back, so I hired this company. They came out the first day I called, gave me a discount, and said it worked best for them because I was already on their route. Each time, they came unprepared and was not able to deal with the problem appropriately. Except for one person, Justine, their knowledge of rodent control was clearly lacking, and they would not send back the one person that seemed able to deal with the problem appropriately. I have called numerous times, and each time I am told the issue will be handled correctly the next time but it never is dealt with properly. They continually send out folks who do not have enough experience and do not have such simple things as a ladder to appropriately evaluate the home. During the last call, they told me they did not scroll to the bottom of the screen to see that I had requested a ladder multiple times. The work is never fully evaluated or completed. They have come out four times already and we are still having the same problems and concerns. They may have once had a great reputation but they are clearly not the same service they used to be.

Justine was my technician. She grasps concepts quickly. Communicates very very well. Enjoys her job - meaning she enthusiastically goes where grown men fear to go. She is even fun to be around.

Every tech who has serviced our home has been very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our space. Also, the ant treatment really works!
