Iâ ve signed a 1-year contract for a minimum of 5 visits (more if I need them at no extra charge), so itâ s hard to rate them after one successful visit. So far so good.

Also, had exterior of house sprayed for those fall bugs and spiders wanting to come in for winter. Quickly noted decrease in frequency of sightings, now none. We had an amazing number of rats suddenly appear when 5he neighbors behind up put 8n a retaining wall. I'm talking rat families, hundreds playing in the yard, you'd see them out of the corner of your eye, running up and down the tree in the front, no one was sleeping well. My neighbor also had them move into their backyard. After two weeks with Edge, all clear. It's so noticeably quite and I didn't send them on to the neighbor's like was done to us. I and my neighbor, are very grateful.

Despite if no one is home when they come, they still give you, the customer, a call and know and understand what still needs done and do it to the beat of their ability. It happened to me and I was not home and yet they knew what I needed done.

My tech wrote detailed notes of all the work. Thanks to him refilling my rat bate traps we caught a rat in our basement!

I was referred over to Edge and they have exceeded my expectations. They are always on time, their techs are very knowledgeable and provide outstanding customer service.

It is very hard to judge their work other than the fact I do not notice any bugs so based on that I would a 5 overall rating but I believe the fee for service is a bit too high.
