Edge pest control has been servicing my home for approximately 3.5 years. Haven't seen one bug. Enough said!

He arrived later than I thought but did a great job!

We have a huge rat infestation due to previous chickens (chicken feed) on our pesticide-free property. We hired Edge, after we were assured by their salespeople, that they could trap rodents without poison. They set 15 traps and have only caught 1 rat in 2 weeks. Today, when the tech came by, he discovered at least 1 trap was never baited, and another contained poison blocks.(which they were told to not use due to we have pets) Since the tech was too big to get under our crawlspace, he was unable to verify the status of the 8 traps under our house, but stated it appeared from what we could see that there were no rats in them. I told the tech that it was obvious that the peanut butter they are using was not attracting the rats!! During this same time, our own RatINator trap caught 2 rats, and my husband shot another. This company charged $400 to capture the infestation of rats, and is doing the worst job ever. The poison bait trap is very concerning, because if a rat HAD eaten it, it could have caused my dogs poisoning. The tech said it appeared to be old poison, left in the trap, that slugs had been feeding on. I am having to send my husband under the house to check this company traps. For $400, I could buy 7 more RatINator traps and do it myself. I am going to call corporate, and ask them to refund my money This is ridiculous!

We really liked our salesman , right off the bat, he was willing to call in to the office to answer certain questions, the fact he took the effort to meet our needs is what prompted us to try Edge. The technician Robin was very knowledgable and friendly, answered all our questions and qualmed our fears of harming our bee population(we have a HUGE garden planted just for bees) Overall a very good experience and hoping for more great service from this company in the future!

Initially we had spiders, ants, and mice in our home. We have been using Edge pest Control for about a year and have not had any intruders. When they arrive they are always very professional.
