They insist that you are happy with the job and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. Lowest bid of 4 other bids. One panel they installed had a defect. They offered to replace it or give a price discount. They were not legally obligated to compensate me but they did it anyway. They have integrity and are honest.

In reality - 0 stars. I strongly recommend you use another company for your glass needs. Due to the strong reviews here I gave this company a chance. The large window they installed (due to the size, cost me about $1500 out of pocket) was of very poor quality and you can visibly tell a difference between it and the identical window next to it. When I contacted them they refused to do anything, basically ignored me, refused my request to speak to a manager, and with all seriousness actually suggested I pay another $1500 for another replacement. The whole experience was horrible. Beware!

They were incredibly flexible in scheduling the work; the installation team showed up on time and did a great job installing our frameless shower enclosure. Their price was incredibly reasonable.

Rocky customer service. Order errors initially and then wrong length glass size which resulted in incomplete job not being finished for another 10 days. They did give a discount on first order error but would not on the second order error.

Timely follow up. Easy to work with. Clear communication at a reasonable price.

Appt had to be rescheduled after I called to find out why they hadn't arrived. Arrived at rescheduled appt (without prior notice as had been requested) and asked if we had a ladder - no ladder to install a bedroom window?! Estimated 1.5 hour appt. ended up being 5.5 hour appt. Granted it was an older home but initial estimator knew that and should have known what was needed. Appointment desk did try to smooth over the issues but still not impressed.

Project took over a month to complete and they seemed to have forgotten about me until I inquired for a status update. Then project was resurrected even though I'd paid a deposit. Poor communication, although they were the fastest at initially responding to my quote. Also, overall pricing was within 1% of all other quotes. We requested that the replacement glass matched existing style and were assured that it would. Upon review, the installed products do not match.

They came out when expected and my glass came in earlier than they estimated for delivery. They were done in short order too!

what a wonderful group, they replaced 5 windows for us one being a very large and difficult one to replace but it looks great!!

I would definitely use this glass repair shop again
