I wanted an "old-fashioned" plumber as my house was built in 1929. My neighbor recommended RK as he had used them for years. My water heater was an old Bradford White that lasted about 28 years. I got another estimate from a large company with a Mercedes truck (double) for a lowes import piece of junk. RK was here at 8:00 AM on the dot and out at 9:30 I have another Bradford White (made in America) The guys left the work area cleaner when they arrived.
