Went to store looked at samples and spoke with a sales person. They were helpful in guiding me on what was practical etc. Answered a lot of my questions. I chose carpet and made appt for when they would come out an install. When installation took place they were quick and on time. Even helped me put some of the furniture back after they were done.

NICE SELECTION OF CARPETING TO CHOOSE FROM. SCHEDULED A DAY TO INSTALL THE CARPET INTO MY HOME. INSTALLER WAS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE WITH MY HOME AND FLOORING.

WHEN WE REPLACED THE FLOORING IN OUR PARENTS HOMES, PROSOURCE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS THEY CARRY AND WHICH WE COULD INSTALL OURSELVES EASILY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THE ORDER AND CONTACTED US RIGHT AWAY WHEN IT WAS READY FOR PICK-UP.
