Garage roof was torn off and new sheathing and shingles installed. At every step Jared was communicative and responsive. When he came to do the bid he evaluated the entire structure far more thoroughly than any other bidder. He was frank about potential issues and how he would address them. He and his helper completed the work and cleaned up in a single day. Exceeded expectations.

This is the third roof (all different houses) that I have used this company for. They do a great job, I first found him (Josh the company owner) on a rental that I had. In addition to the 3 tab it also had a hot tar flat roof section. He was the only residential company I could find that would even look at it. That was the first job 6 years ago, He did my kid's house in Gig Harbor a couple of years ago and just wrapped up our most recent house. Very fair price, crew went out of their way to protect decks, flower beds and explain what they were doing (we needed some underlayment replaced). I would hire or recommend this company in a heartbeat...

Jared did an amazing job on fixing the roof. I will be calling him back when I need to replace my roof.

Josh from Pritchett's Roofing took care of us and did a great job. He was very professional, punctual, and responsive to communications. Above that, we was able to get our roof leak fixed in a couple hours time, one week from the time of estimate, as promised. Great! Josh is hardworking, knowledgeable, and notices things with a critical eye, and is super personable on top of that. The guys he hires are super sweet, hardworking, observant and fixed some little things that weren't even on the job order. (Shout out to Brandon and Chino, good guys, thank you!). We're tight and dry for Fall, just in time for a big wind and rain storm. Bid wasn't the lowest, but was quite competitive, and we knew we were in good hands.

I found them on Angie's List, and they did a great job. They came out promptly, they did everything they said, they were honest, and they cleaned up their mess. I couldn't ask for a better, friendly, helpful, courteous deal. They did everything just right, and just the way I expected. They started in March, so we had them do some work in March,and they finished today. I called a couple other places and they seemed in line with what other companies charged. With the level of service it seemed okay, I didn't expect a discount, because the level of service was outstanding and they did a great job. He brought his wife out one time because sh wanted to see what he did. Three different people came out at different times. There was nothing expected, he knew what he needed to do, and he did it, and it came out as he said. It was pretty good. I had to call them back a couple of times. I would recommend them to even my best friend.

Mr. Prichett is very courteous, he follows through and he does repairs like he fixed my grandfather's roof. We had him come back because it was still leaking and he came back like twice to fix the problem at no additional charge, so he stands behind his work. His costs are reasonable and that's why I chose him. That all should speak for it's self.

If you    ever need any roof repair or replacement be sure to call Josh. You will not be sorry. Came for estimate a few days after calling him.  Very professional but friendly.  Explained thoroughly what was wrong with roof, what probably caused the leak and gave us some tips about roof care .  Very pleasant, easy to talk to.  When it is time for a new roof we will definitely hire Josh Pritchett  because we trust him to do the best job..

Repair was scheduled and had to be postponed due to service provider's other jobs.  Once the repair was rescheduled and finished, the roof has been fine.

75.  Removed flashing along wall to allow new flashing to be installed.  Supplied and installed new flashing along wall.  Installed new sheeting above overhang where overhang had rotted out.   Removed bulk of moss and sprayed moss killer.  Cleaned resultant debris and removed from premises.  The repair went well.

Josh was very prompt in returning my phone call and scheduling an appointment.  Other companies I had called could not come out until the next week, and with a roof repair that was not an option.  Josh was able to come out the very next day to inspect the issue.  He was very professional and walked us through the whole problem and everything that needed to be done.  He came back the following day and did all the repairs.  He was very easy to work with and did a phenomenal job on the repair.  I highly recommend this company!

I don't recall what the square footage of the roof was, but I hired some painters who were terrible and got paint all over my roof. To cover it up, they try to use black tar. They ruined my brand-new, fifty-year architectural roof. Josh and his crew came in and they fixed it. It's now beautiful again, and I don't get that sick feeling in my stomach anymore when I look out my windows. Josh returned my calls as soon as I called him to get the work done, showed up when he said he was going to, did the job just as he said he was going to, and he even replaced a pipe fitting that was plastic and damaged. He did a great job! Thank you!

Josh was superb; he's competent, prompt, and fair priced.  He is a  gentleman and pleasant to work with on this project.  We highly recommend him.

He was right on time coming out to give the estimate. Said he'd be back out the next day around the same time (12:00) to do the job. I wound up giving him a call about 2:00 that afternoon to see if he was going to make it, he said he was about to call me to let me know he had gotten held up on another job and would be there soon. He than got here around 2:30 and did the work which consisted of changing a cracked vent and some calking. It took about twenty minutes or so and then brought the damaged vent down to show my husband and I . He also explained what he had done in the repair. The nicest guy, my husband and I really enjoyed his pleasant personality.

Josh came out, went up on the roof and examined the damage. He happened to have some tiles that matched pretty well in his truck and offered to do the fix immediately. One hour later he had fixed the problem, and also examined the entire roof, fixed and caulked any loose nails and cleaned up everything. Professional and competent.

Josh responded quickly when I called and came out next day. Was timely and very nice. Gave an estimate and said that he could do the work on the next sunny day. He came out on that day (two days after estimate), was timely, friendly, professional. Completed the work in about 3 hours.

Several leaky areas of my composite roof needed repair.  The leaks were located in the masterbath, the green room, chimney and skylight.  Joshua of Pritchett Roofing Inc. gave me the best estimate for the job.  He initially quoted the job at $2,406.80 but ended up charging me a reduced price of $2,100.  His repairs took a couple of days to complete.  He was professional about his business and politely answered my questions and concerns.  He showed me before and after pictures of the repaired areas on his laptop.  I then ventured up the roof with him to see the repairs up close.  Area of repair looked neat and well-done.  All the leaks were stopped except for the green room which leaked after a rainy night a week later.  Joshua came back to address the area.  Well, the problem of multiple areas of leakage on my roof has been addressed.  All areas are completely dry after a month from his last visit.  I highly recommend him for any roofing needs.

He does good roofing work but is not great with paper work.  I have been waiting for warranty paper work on a recent repair.  He seems to be becoming very busy, because he now is charging for estimates.
