It went very well. I ordered the windows a couple months ago, they came to measure within a week, then it was waiting for them to be built. The installers were here on time and finished the job on time. The inspector caught some things I missed in my final inspection and brought the crew out the next day to bring the work up to his satisfaction.

My experience with them was very frustrating and they were very difficult to work with. They were very high pressure with the sale and they changed the contract after we had agreed to the terms. In order to get the work finished with the terms in the original contract I threatened to write them up with the Better Business Bureau. It took them two weeks to get back to me. I advise anyone using Penguin Windows to read the contract very carefully and take your time with the sale.
