Patio Service, Siding Service
Initially the contractor and his team did a good job on the project and I gave them a positive review back in 2018. Then in early 2019 one of the patio lattice sections came apart from the beam and others were sagging. I found out pvc lattice is not recommended for horizontal application. I made repeated attempts to contact the contractor, but got no response to my messages. I contacted Angie's list for support, but was told that was only for paying members. I wrote a follow-up review on the contractor in 2019 expressing my concerns, but apparently it was never published. I think it's important that contractors stand behind their work and Angie's list should help resolve issues like this. I ended up hiring another contractor to replace the nails holding the lattice with screws that allow for expansion/contraction with the weather.
