Lile Moving & Storage has been moving people and businesses for over 50 years. We are a full-service professional relocation company that provides moving, storage and logistics services with a specialty in household goods, senior relocation, office and commercial relocation, and warehousing. Locally owned and operated by second generation family members, Lile is certified by the Woman’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a Woman-Owned Business with 10 facilities in Oregon and Washington. We are a top 10 agent for North American Van Lines and an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau. "We sincerely apologize for any frustration you may have experienced during your recent move. It is our goal to ensure that our customers have a seamless move whether they are moving across town or across the country. When booking interstate moves such as yours, Lile is affiliated with North American Van Lines which provides the interstate hauling services and determines the delivery time frame for our customers’ shipments. Unfortunately, for this shipment, circumstances beyond Lile’s control resulted in your shipment being delivered 4 days past the delivery window provided. We are pleased to know that our affiliate, North American Van Lines, has provided you with the appropriate monetary compensation in accordance with their policies. With regards to your damaged table, North American Van Lines did receive the estimated cost of repair for $175.00. After noting that you opted for Replacement Cost Coverage with a $500.00 deductible to cover your possessions during your move, and since the cost of repair for damages is less than the deductible, no additional compensation is due. We regret that your move did not take place without incident and we do apologize for any inconvenience. Your patronage is truly valued and we hope to be of service to you again in the future.
