Customer service was horrible and extremely rude and ridiculous.
- First I called the service department and requested that I speak to a 'Service Advisor' ( Official Ford Service terms ). The lady who spoke was extremely rude and was behaving that she did not have time take this call. When I asked for the 'Service Advisor', she told that I cannot speak to him. She asked me to explain the problem. As she is not technically trained for this, obviously, she did not understand the problem. She said she will have the 'Service Advisor' call me back.
- The 'Service Advisor' did not call back and I repeated the attempts to reach him for a week. After failed attempts, I called Ford Customer Care. They tried to talk to Lakewood Ford, but they were unable to get a response for a week.
- Later after a week the 'Service Advisor' left me a voice mail saying that if I need him to take a look at the problem with my car, then I would need to schedule something in April ( 4 months down the line ).

I had a moderate oil leak in my ford F150 and had them do a total re-seal that cost about 3400.00. That was back in September of 2013 and it still kept leaking oil. So it is in the shop now as I write this for the 3rd time. At least they are not charging me for it. Other than that I haven't had any problems.

Brought car in for automatic transmission fluid change at 30k miles, they said could go to 50k, but I like to do at 30k just for good maintenance. They took vehicle promptly an completed service in reasonable amount of time. Checked fluid level after service, was at correct level. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. Am very satisfied with there service dept.

They are great.  We are very happy with them.  Like I said, we bought a new car there.  We have been having it serviced there.  They are all "As" for sure.  Everything was good.  The sales person I bought the care from is really good.  As a matter of fact, we left our auto dealer that we did buy our car from and went to this gentleman, his name is Rick Bower, he was just excellent, a just excellent salesman.  He gave us a very good price for our trade in.  They also have a pretty nice facility now, they upgraded their facility so it's really nice.  The mechanic has been very good, we have, like I said, we had a very good experience there.

They are the closest Ford dealership to me. I have always been satisfied. They offer military and high mileage discounts. They do what they promise to do.

I had a very positive experience with them but I don't want to drive to Lakewood again because of the distance.

Very professional and prompt.  The cost was very reasonable compared to other auto services.  We plan to used them again.

They are very professional and excellent with communication.  I was kept informed and my calls were answered promptly.  I had not expected the bill to be as high as it was, however, the parts costs associated with the F-150 design drove most of that.  Their estimate was very accurate and the final bill was a little less than they had projected.  Overall, very good experience.

Wasn't bad. Sales staff was "pushy"...I've never purchased a car with similar "pressure"

I contacted Lakewood Ford by phone and got an estimate for the work that I needed done and asked if I could have the work done the same day. I didn't get the car to them until around 11:00 and by 3:00 they called me and said that they thoroughly checked the car and that the only other thing I might need was a battery. I decided not to get the battery but I wish I had because they also told me that my rear brakes were okay, which saved almost $200.00. This is the first time that I have had an an auto repair shop tell me that I DIDN"T need something. They did a great job on the brakes, a great job on the front end alignment and the spare key works great. They finished in a timely manner and were very professional. From now on, I will take my Mustang to Lakewood Ford.

I've had good luck with them. I have to go back to them soon for some computer work. I've had dealings with them when they were under another name. They provide good service and they are friendly. All the auto dealers are a little high.
