He did a very good job. I got a really nice laminate that actually looked like granite. My kids came on Christmas and they were impressed, they thought it looked really nice, so he did a great job. They came out and he took the old stuff up, which wasn't really planned. He was going to put it on top and there was a couple of loose corners and he took the stuff up without adding any extra price so I was really happy with that. I think they did a really wonderful job.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH JIM LAEGER FROM THE BEGINNING AS HE CAME ON SHORT NOTICE TO GIVE US THE ESTIMATE WE NEEDED. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US TO SHOW US WHERE WE COULD SAVE SOME MONEY BY DOING SOME OF THE WORK OURSELVES. HE RESEARCHED PRODUCT THAT WAS IN THE HOUSE ALREADY SO HE COULD MATCH IT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT CARPET TYPES AND WAS PATIENT AS WE WENT THROUGH OUR DECISION PROCESS, ALLOWING US TO TAKE SAMPLES HOME TO COMPARE. JIM LISTENED TO WHAT OUR WANTS WERE, AND HELPED US FIND SOMETHING BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD LIKE! THE INSTALLERS CAME ON TIME AS SCHEDULED AND EVEN WITH A LAST MINUTE CHANGE IN NEEDED MATERIALS WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE AND WORK WITH US ON PRICE. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB WITH BOTH THE LAMINATE AND THE CARPET. I FEEL LIKE WE HAVE A WHOLE NEW HOUSE!
