For the most part its been good, it is an ongoing process. The people that I've worked with have been very friendly, courteous and professional. The price of the service is the going rate. The only thing that hasn't been entirely positive is that they require you to sign up for a year, but when you do sign up, you can call them at any time if you are having a problem. They have regular maintenance but that also means they are available at any time. However, they haven't been quite as timely as the contract said they would be. I have gotten a lot of service for what I have paid for so far. At this point I would recommend them. Things seem to be headed in the right direction.

We had a mouse problem, so they treated with traps. The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't come back to check the traps and remove the contents, and they were supposed to have called to make an appointment to come back in to get the traps.

They were on time. They showed up the next day after I called. They actually could spray into my walls where they thought more wasps might be located. They were able to reach the highest of my to remove any trace bees or wasps. They explained everything completely.
