Furniture - Sales
On Monday 10/27/14, I bought a small $250 table. Since nothing is available in store and must come from the Kent warehouse, I had a choice, pay an additional $90 to deliver the table"same day" or wait until Tuesday, (today), to come pick it up. I chose to pick up the table Tuesday.
I called at noon, to find out the table was not delivered to the store from Kent. The assistant manager Jesse, spoke with my husband and told him we would have to wait as the table would probably arrive at the store some time tomorrow, Wednesday, OR pay $90 and they would get the table from Kent and deliver it to us today.
We told him NO, and that we wanted to cancel the order. "JESSE" stated he was being "NICE" and not charging us the $15 percent restocking fee. RESTOCKING FEE?? We didn't even get the table! IT was not even delivered to Tacoma from their warehouse..
THIS IS EXTORTION!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The salesman Mike was great. The customer service people at the counter were rude and dismissive. It irked us when the furniture was delivered because it was the wrong furniture. It took a couple of months to get the right stuff. They blamed us and said we ordered the wrong furniture when we returned it. I would not use them in the future.
