Floor Tech

I saved an ad from the Tacoma News Tribune for laminate flooring installation which read, "...where attention to detail matters." When we finally had the money for the installation, I called the ad. Dave, owner of Floor Tech, came out and measured our floors at no cost. I ordered my laminate from Lumber Liquidators which I paid for separately. He helped me order not only the laminate but, the trim as well. He later came in on the date he said he would, ripped up the old laminate floors in the entryway and kitchen and also ripped up the old carpeting and padding and loaded all of this into the dumpster which I had ordered for the project. He leveled the floors so that all of the laminate would be level. Dave found a dip in the bedroom floor which he filled at no extra cost before installing the laminate. He had a helper with him most of the time he worked. I totally trusted Dave with any "stuff" I left out. Dave is a professional flooring installer and, will go far in his flooring business endeavors. I was so happy when I saw the completed project that I cried. My husband, who is picky, also said he couldn't be happier with the job. We have nothing but praise for Dave and his crew.
