We used a Home Improvement Company to replace our windows with Comfort Design windows. A screen door was back ordered and we set up a date with Comfort Design for one of their guys to come out and install it. He came as planned and the screen had some tears in it which he hadn't noticed beforehand. He told us he would be back out to fix it.
That was 3 weeks ago. We have heard nothing from them since. And the voicemails have been unreturned. In the meantime we are enjoying the summer (and the bugs that go with it) until I have the time to go buy materials to fix and install the screen myself.
