Very poorly. Vet lost interest after fine needle aspiration to confirm cancer diagnosis was rejected. Who needs a name for their cancer in their dog when you will not engage in veterinary treatments for it? I don't believe in chemo/radiation for any mammals. Vet mentioned a chance that it was cellulitis, but since I didn't want the expensive fine needle aspiration (price $200+ just for the test result), she lost all interest in possibly treating the cellulitis. That makes me wonder, would she have trotted out another expensive test to confirm cellulitis if that was the only possibility? I was denied antibiotics for my pet on a weak antibiotics resistance excuse. What a sham brush off for an income constrained pet owner. Do not! Do not! Do not count on this corporate owned clinic to do anything other than maximize their own profit margin. If your pet manages to get good care along the way, well consider yourself lucky. Unless you can dump the whole month's social security check into simple maintenance care for your companion, find another vet.

They are a little bit more pricey, but it is worth it. They are totally passionate about what they do. They will sit there and take all the time with you that you need. They won't just hurry up and rush you to go to the next room. They are just phenomenal people. I've been taking my pets there for about 15 months. I am going to take my dog there for a follow-up about her ears.

Everything worked out fine and they were reasonable. The first time I went I had to wait about 30 minute for the appointment, but the second time I went I was able to get in right away.

Our interaction was good, we use them all the time. Every time we need them. We have two dogs, so every time we need to use them we go there. My experience has been good. It's the only place we go, there are a couple of vets we like. We try and specifically request a vet and normally we can, we wait until she is available. She is compassionate, love the animals, very caring and is very knowledgeable. Up to date practices.

I have been going there for 15 years and I highly recommend them. I went to a first aid class for pets and the woman who was conducting the class recommended Chambers Creek for cats and I have cats. From my experience, they are one of the best cat veterinarians around. I have been really happy with the service and the level of care. They will call after an incident to see how the cat is doing; most vets don't do that. They've been very caring and they have provided great service. It is a large practice and because there are three vets I can choose from, I can always get one of them, no matter what. When we had the incident with the cat, they were awesome. It cost a fortune; it wasn't cheap but none of the vets are. I don't know what other vets charge but I think they are very competitive for price. There was a fee for boarding but that's not outside the norm. What stands out about them is that they are so very caring about not only the cats but the cat owners. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable with whatever is going on. We have had a few pets that have reached the end of their lives and the vets have been very responsive and guiding, walking us through about when is the right time to make that decision with our set of expectations. They let us get to that point where we are ready to let go but at the same time balancing when is the right time for the pet to be euthanized. That's a delicate balance and you get better at it as you lose more pets to old age. They are very caring in how they approach that. We have a passel of strays that come through here and they help us deal with them and are just super responsive to whatever it is that we need. They are the only vets I go to.

They are friendly, and professional. I don't have trouble getting an appointment. There was one vet in here that kind of sent me in the wrong direction with my overweight cat but I am quite happy with the vet I see here now.

I was not impressed. It was more expensive than most and I have doubts about the abilities of the staff. The vets were okay but I had no trust or confidence in the staff; especially considering the exorbitant price. I will not use them again in the future.

Standard visit. I have used Chambers Creek for over 30 years. All the vets are excellant. Front desk staff is incredible. I could go other places that may be cheaper, but when I need a good experienced Vet, this is where I turn.

They are fabulous. They have great customer service, attention to detail and follow-ups are excellent. It is a newer building and it is very clean . It is well staffed. They are very good about keeping the cats and the dogs separately. They are little spendy but I love my dog so it is worth it. Price wise they are a bit higher but they have all the new state of the art equipment and if they don't they know where to go for it.

They are wonderful and their prices are about average for vets. They are professional and friendly, and they work with you on scheduling to try to get you in.

I have been going there for nine or ten years now. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They work together on the cases and they have a lot of resources when it comes to cases. They are good in what ever they do. The office staff is very nice and the facility is gorgeous.

Jeanne is awesome! She loves what she is doing and is very concerned with making sure she has been thorough. We have spent a lot of money at the vets, but partially that is because we bring him in whenever we are at all concerned and are willing to spend on diagnostic tests. The staff has worked us in on very short notice many times and takes our concerns seriously.

I was very happy with them. The only thing that I can say I don't like that much, but that I've gotten used to would be that the appointments run consistently late. I'm very happy with the service and the prices are of a reasonable amount compared to others.

They were very nice and they are great with the animals. My animals love the vets here and the vets even know my animals by name. Their kind of pricey but their compassion for my pets make up for the price.
