Always Cleaning Services LLC

We use a service that we've at least used for eight years. It's a cleaning service and so, we've had them for many years. So, over the years we don't always have the same person, so sometimes some people do a slightly job better than others. So, this time I think it was the owner I believe. She's very good, very, very good.

They're very friendly and thorough. I just enjoy them. They do a good job. I've had them for several years.

Very fast and all units cleaned very well I did a dust test totally clean. Right on time, very pleasent to talk to. Anything I pointed out was taken care of right away. Anything that was moved was put back just like it was,thats important to me.

They were on time, responsive, polite and efficient. They were tuned into me and what I wanted done. I was able to let them work unsupervised.

The most recent cleaner was probably the best and she will be coming from now on. The others also did fine work.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and the initial meeting went well. We then decided to go with a monthly cleaning service. Later we switched to bi-weekly. The areas which are cleaned always look great, but there have been areas missed such as dusting window sills, vacuuming stairways etc... If I ask for the cleaner to come out again to hit some areas she missed, the business owner always sends her out right away. Haven't used other cleaning services, so I am not sure how this service compares to others. I will say that I have been using this service for 7 months. So overall, I've been satisfied.

Christina did a walkthrough and gave me a price of $200, which seemed very reasonable. (2 bedroom/1 bath, mostly empty house) The house looked nice when I first looked at it, but her employee left my back door unlocked and a window open- which we did not discover until the next day when we went by. And then on closer inspection there were a number of things we had either discussed being done or that I had expected to be cleaned that had not been done - the inside of the cabinets weren't wiped out, both in the kitchen and the bathroom, and when I went to wipe up something I'd spilled on the kitchen floor I realized that the floor had only been given a cursory cleaning - a damp paper towel showed dirt. I also found spots in a few places on the wood floors that made me wonder if they had been cleaned. When I talked to Christina about the unlocked door and kitchen cabinets (the only things I'd noticed at that point) she was apologetic but then went into detail about how long she had spent on the house. I feel like especially since she was able to see the house before she made the estimate, it isn't very professional to imply that the job took longer than planned. I don't think she encountered anything unexpected during the job, and if she did she certainly could have contacted me if she needed to renegotiate certain areas of work.

Christina showed up on time for our appointment to look at the house, was very professional, and gave us options for weekly or semi-weekly. Her price was lower than those of the larger national franchises, plus she doesn't nickel-and-dime when it comes to extras like cleaning out the fridge or oven. I would highly recommend Always Cleaning!!

I found them on Angie's List. They come out every other week. They do a good job. Their price is what I would expect to pay. It's a typical small business. They are either really busy, or not busy enough. Punctuality isn't an issue. The only reason that they are not a straight A across the board is because sometimes they are too overbooked. What am I going to do? The person that I have contact with does a fine job.

Poorly

This was their first time out to my house. They are doing a very good job. They do the dusting, mopping, painting, tubs and regular general cleaning. She came out and gave me a price. I set her up to come out every two weeks.

I've had them for almost a year. They are very thorough and very reasonable. They are friendly. The first time when they come, they send extra people to thoroughly deep clean the house. They take down the chandeliers and they clean all the crystals, and they soak them in water. They clean the vents and they really do a good job. Then there's one girl that comes every three weeks after that and I paid $70 because I have three floors in my house. They don't clean the inside of the refrigerator or the inside of the oven or do any windows. I will use their services again in the future.

I think they were pretty good. I was not able to be there when they did it but everything seemed to look pretty clean.

.They are great. I love the fact that it is one single person cleaning my house, not to worry about too many people in my house when I am not there. I like that I can talk to her directly on her cell phone or text her. She accepts that. I like that she is local. I like coming home to a clean house. That makes my day. I will continue to use her in the future.

I have had a good experience with Always Cleaning. They do a fairly thorough job and always make sure to get all of the surfaces. I pay them ninety five dollars each time they come out.

Their attention to detail has been amazing. They have been very helpful to a working mom who has a toddler. They are flexible and I have been very pleased with their service.

Christina returned my calls promptly and also returned to check and fix a small area that had been overlooked. The price I was charged was competitive and I was very pleased with the work. I have scheduled a twice-monthly regular ongoing cleaning with her, too. I moved here from out of state and had to make all cleaning arrangements over the phone & leave her a key to my house. After speaking to her on the phone, I was comfortable with her doing the job without meeting her in person.
