 + -1 moreA friend had given me Tom Hansen's number. Tom was so patient that he talked to me over the phone and showed me how to fix the machine. There were no charges accessed. He would not accept payment. I have found his service to be extremely honest, helpful, and reliable.
Description of Work: My washing machine was broken so I decided to give Tom a call.
