Ceramic Tile Service
Most of the work was ok, but the master bath was a disaster. Grout lines vary from 1/4" to 1/2", grout was low in someplace and high in other. Tiles had a film residue that cannot be removed with any cleaner or recommended chemicals. Sent the company a letter asking for a partial refund and the owner responded that he was checking on something to remove the film with but we have never heard back since then. (over 3 months ago)
