Because we have 2 dogs and a granddaughter we watch we really needed fast service. 3 posts had come down along with their sections. There was also a 4th post ready to drop which would have brought another section or two down. Curt came out and started right away. Curt not only replaced the posts and 2x4's but he reinforced the entire fence line with pressure treated lumber. He started Friday around noon and was finished Saturday evening. About 80 feet of fence. We could not be any happier and highly recommend Stanhope construction, in fact we are already making plans for other projects.

Curt went through our design and helped us with a few modifications that could make our current deck look much much better. He brought us samples of decking and explained the pricing of each. We chose a beautiful decking material that looks great with our house. Then he came in and got it all done very quickly and cleaned up any mess afterwards. The deck is beautiful and now we are ready for Christmas!

They marked off the area for our deck, provided us with lots of ideas, and get everything ready for us to go four our HOA approval. Once that is done we can build the deck ourselves but we will probably have Stanhope Construction help us with that as well.

The process took several days. Curt put in the footings for the gate posts one day, built the gate and fence the next day, then built the trellis. The gate top is arched, and although it was built as I asked, I didn't like the arch and wanted it arched more. Curt fixed it for me and made it perfect without even charging me extra. He did a great job and was very professional.
