The transaction was unusual because my financial situation did not fit the standard loan criteria. But Darcie knew who to work with and how to package the information about my situation appropriately to make it work. Also, it was done without resorting to any legal or moral compromises. And the loan was approved in about two weeks which is unprecedented in my experience. I cannot speak highly enough of her professional action and her customer service.
