They were great. They are very prompt, they came out to look at the job before scheduling the actual work and they came back at 7:30am the next day! We originally were told it would be at least $250 for them to come out and do the work, but they only ended up charging us $85.00 for the work which was very reasonable.

SVR was a lot better to work with than previous dumpster rental companies I've dealt with. The price is competitive and they are easy to communicate with. The fee structure is clear and easier to understand than the competitors as well. I will definitely be using them again for dumpster rental.

Job was done quickly and the yard was left clean. Plants near the house were protected. Crew was polite and quiet (no loud radios). Received follow-up visit to ensure all was well. Very professional company and a good price.

Competitive bid. Work was completed less than a week after I accepted the bid. Looks great and the roofers where polite and professional. I also used their dumpster service. Highly recommended

We had no interaction with this outfit during the installation process because they had been selected by our general contractor. The installation also occurred in Summer when it was dry. After the roof was installed, we had to let go our general contractor due to some significant breaches in professional conduct. One of the things that they were required to provide us with before they shoved off was a list of all contractors who worked on our house so that we had a record of who had worked on it in the event that we had questions down the road. Unfortunately, when it started raining, we not only had questions for Snohomish Valley Roofing: we had real concerns because the roof was leaking in two places. In addition, the storm flashing around the gas stack had not been caulked and the gas stack cap had not been screwed down. Of course, this area was the one that was leaking the most. Numerous calls to Dave at Snohomish Valley Roofing did not yield any return calls, so we wrote them a letter expressing our concerns and hoping to get their attention. Upon receipt of this letter, Dave did call us back, but was hesitant to stand behind his work, expressing loyalty to our previous general contractor, instead of to us, the customer. I asked him if he would call me back to let me know whether he would come out and perform the repairs/rest of the work that we had paid in full for, or whether he would rather we have someone else repair it. He gave me his word that he would call me back and let me know. He never called back. That is why we are submitting this report on Angie's List. Customers drive every business. While the one-time telephone conversation I had with him was pleasant and above board, until that time his follow-up was non-existant until we sent a letter, and then non-commital when we did finally hear from him. It would have behooved him to come fix the poor job he did installing our roof that we paid in full for, rather than professing loyalty to a general contractor of sub-reputable status, but that is the choice he made. In so doing, he showed himself to be not customer-focused or committed.

Generally well done. Prompt and on budget. Had to come back to repair a section of underlayment where rot was missed. Did so without complaint and without charge.

This was a very smooth going project. Don worked with us for almost two months before we were able to get started due to the weather. His crew was here on time every day they had to be here. There was some coordination to be done between the roofing crew and the construction crew that was changing the garage roof line and it was seamless. Everyone was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The crew who did the roof was very polite, hard working and pleasant. The clean up was excellent. Even the company who delivered the material (Stoneway) was impressive. Before they delivered they made an extra trip to our house to check our driveway -which is new and we asked that everyone will be carefull-and decide before hand where and how they were going to park the truck so they were not on our driveway. Overall this was the best experience we have had with a construction project. Thank you Don.

Very good. Work crew came on time each day and worked until 5 or 6 PM daily. Debra cleaned up as they went along with final clean up prior to leaving each day.
