This is a fabulous organization to work with, they know their stuff and are responsive and thoroughly professional. Very happy with the work completed and their staying within the budgeted amount despite having to do some extra work on drainage. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Sam and his team partner (Kevin) did a fantastic job from initial contact to work completion. It was a small work but they repaired the original one saving me a lot of cash. Sam is outright honest and trustworthy person. The price quoted was very reasonable and the work was done exceptionally well. I would recommended them for any roof issue to everyone. Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW. They were always on time, professional, and easy to work with. The billing for services performed was very reasonable.

In both cases we have been very pleased with with the work done. Sam was easy to work with and is very responsive to our needs. His roofing crews showed up on time, took great care to do the job correctly, used top grade materials and cleaned up after the work was done. The crew was respectful of our home and unobtrusive.

It went great! I really appreciated how well Sam kept me in the loop, and how Kevin checked in with me, giving status updates and making sure that things were going smoothly on my end. They even helped us out late on a Saturday afternoon with a non-roof-related home emergency. It was a pleasure working with them.

All the work was exceptional! Sam can do nearly anything in the realm of home construction! And, what ever he does he does with the utmost quality! He knows his materials so can tell you your options and work with you for the perfect results at a fair price. Sam works harder than anyone I know! He gets the job done in a timely manner. He knows our Northwest weather and how to work around it so as not to lessen the quality of the work or materials. He has an eye for what looks nice and can help make recommendations if you need them. One thing that really impressed me about Sam's work was how he was able to replace just the rotten portions of some boards so perfectly that you could not see where the old and new boards came together. I know he took the extra time it needed to make it turn out so beautiful!

The old porch and ramp were demoed and cleaned up. A new ramp stairs and porch were constructed at our place of work. Roofworks Northwest puts the customer's needs first. While listening to the customers design ideas, Roofworks has the experience and knowledge base to suggest good design ideas to assist. With an eye for detail, Roofworks is motivated to get the job done quickly and with high quality. They made sure the stain was consistent on entire porch. Company is easy to work with and trustworthy and they keep the site clean while working.

Never experienced having someone come in and work so efficiently as Sam Thompson. He did such a quality job and went beyond expectations. Fast-Quality-Great price-professional-Friendly-got the job done in time even with running into replacing rotten siding which was unexpected. He can do it all which is awesome.

Tore off old shingles and put on new shingles on the main house and garage. They also put on a new flat roof over an addition on the house. That involved new decking and a new rubber roof. When they tore off the old roof I had them check the insulation. They were very helpful in showing me how much insulation I had, told me I could use more, and even installed it for me. The crew was very professional, and the work was all done and cleaned up perfectly within the one week time frame that was given by the Owner Sam.

No one really wants to spend money replacing a roof but if I had to do it again Roof Works would be my number one choice...great overall experience. I would highly recommend Sam and his company.

I am kind of sad that I have moved away from the area and won't get to enjoy another experience working with Sam

Professional in every way. If you think hiring a professional is expensive... try hiring an amature to save money, and then add that to the professionals bill after they are done fixing the first guys mess. Roofworks was awesome! Sam gave me a same day bid and fit me onto the schedule for an emergency roof repair before the storm 2 weeks ago. Quality work great communication and quick at a reasonable price! Roofworks is great and I will be recommending them to all my clients
