We had to call them for an ETA since they hadn't shown up during the arrival window. They said the previous job ran long and would be there in 15 minutes. We he got here, work was completed quickly.

I believe most company's don't want to be bothered with such a small job.

Right On Heating and Sheet Metal Inc. were very prompt in responding to my request of an estimate. Tim showed up earlier than scheduled and completed the job in about an hour. I was exceptionally pleased with his work. Plus, he has a great attitude. I will keep Right On Heating and Sheet Metal Inc. on my list for any future heating system need's I may run into. Defiantly would hire again without hesitation.

They were very nice. They were able to give us an accurate well thought out answer for any questions better than other services that are only sales people that do not really know the technical stuffs. The turnaround was good. I was amazed with their work and their craftsmanship.

I would give them an A on everything. It was a great experience. Their customer service was excellent. The guy ran pipes up in my attic and he didn't have the drain from the a/c go up hill, but he had it run down hill. He ran down my wall and then my wall started looking like one of those Escher paintings. The minute I called them up, the guy was out here and he was up in my attic. It must have been 120 degrees up in the attic and he was up there for an hour fixing it. The next day he had the sheet rock rod here dandling in parts and he put it back together. The day after that he had the sheet rock texture done. He put the mud on and masked the texture on the wall and the day after that he had to paint that matching the paint. Their customer service is outstanding.

It was a perfect experience. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anybody. They treated me well. Their service calls and call backs are also absolutely outstanding.
