Excellent. He went above and beyond. Our air condition went out two days ago, the gentleman (Chad) came out promptly due to my health. He came and inspected the unit; found we needed some parts replaced. The parts that would take about 3 weeks to order, he went back to his office found the parts, came back fixed our unit and did a very good job. We were not charged for the parts because our unit is still under warranty, we only paid for labor.
