Paul was right on time. He's honest, dependable, personable and accommodating! (I appreciated his willingness to clean my throw rugs, which was a last minute request. And he did so at a very reasonable price.) Most important, my carpet hasn't looked this good for years! Very, VERY pleased with the results!

WOWWWW!! We've never had such a spectacular job— My mom says it's far and away the best carpet cleaning she's ever had and she's 90 years old, so she knows what she's talking about. Paul is very trustworthy and fun to talk with. We are pleased to have met him and have already recommended him to friends.

Not much to tell. We phoned, Mr Liu called back and we arranged time. He was prompt, clean, and friendly. Did not mind our dog (who supervised). Everything was done quite well. We are very pleased and will use him again.
