I appreciated Dexx's honesty when he stopped by for the estimate; he let me know I didn't need a full-on cement channel drain (that another company had suggested) in order to achieve the drainage I was looking for, and the solution he suggested was about half the cost of the other two estimates I had gotten prior to contacting him. Dexx completed the job in one day as he had said he would, the work area and excavated dirt were completely cleaned up and, after a few days of rain, so far so good!

Converting our crawlspace to a basement was a huge undertaking and Dexx and his crew were the key contributors to making it possible. We extracted ~200 yards of compacted dirt via shovel & excavators from under our home and moved it to waiting dump trucks via a system of conveyor belts. The project required underpinning our existing foundation in 6' A/B sections, creating large footings and deep keyways for rebar and concrete. The excavation was top notch and Dexx's work was admired by our neighborhood and friends. Dexx has a very strong work ethic and is an unbelievably hard worker. He is a jack-of-all-trades willing to jump in to help with issues beyond excavation. For example he helped us re-position and fix our furnace, helped with small electrical issues, helped fix a failing water pump and later installed a sump pump. At the end of the project he buried our gutter drains and installed a french drain in the back yard. Dexx takes great pride in his work, is detail oriented and leaves a clean worksite. Additionally, he's a strong communicator and is someone you feel good about being in your home and around your family. Overall we were very pleased with On Track Excavation and we will absolutely hire Dexx again for future projects. Excellent. They maneuvered some tricky terrain and tight turns, completing the work in one day. And they went above and beyond when they discovered a small leak and a cracked reducer in one of the two fitting assemblies, replacing the reducer and repairing the flaw. I consider this to be a highly competent and reputable operation.

Great! Dex did great work! We needed our small lot leveled and excess dirt taken away from doing retaining wall and grading done within the fence. Dex did a great job and even stuck to the quoted amount and not charging me for the extra it went over due to excess dirt not expected. He even got out a grading rake and did finish work! Such a nice honest guy too!

Went great. Called several companies and got quotes, decided to go with On Track Excavation. I had a tight timeline to work with because we wanted to get my daughter's new playset installed ASAP and Dexx accommodated us. My husband was blown away that the job was completed by the time he got home and we were both pleased with the quality of the job. All of the concrete rubble and dirt were removed from our property, we were super happy we didn't have to deal with taking 15 plus truck loads to the dump! The border was installed flush with the ground and looks great and keeps all of the wood chips we added in place. After buying our house we decided to do a lot of projects ourselves, but this is a project we are SO happy we called a professional for. We have plans for laying concrete and leveling our parking area in the future and will be using On Track Excavation again.
