LINDER CONCRETE

The job went smoothly as any constructer slow to follow up to air calls. Only 3-4 mos after job had & still have issues with the concrete sealer used. He has attempted to fix the issue. We have been waiting for > a year for him to come!

Very prompt and professional. Provided honest advice and was willing to talk about creative ideas. Will definitely use this summer!

We contacted Linder for an estimate based on reviews from other sites. after 3 days they finally called to schedule an appointment to look at our yard. We wanted them to remove a large amount of dirt, approximately 10 yards, grade, lay topsoil, then install the sod. They were great about allowing us to make payments, however that is where the good part stops. Instead of removing all the clay/sand dirt, they spread it over the yard and only removed about 1/4 of it. The same day they stacked sod on the side of our house. There was no knowing when they left, since they didn't tell us. The next day they arrived around 10 am, instead of the 8 am we were told. When I asked about the grading and how spreading the clay/sand dirt would effect drainage, I was told it would all be fine. They worked until about 2 pm and left. Leaving a dirt mess in our driveway and mud splatters on our fence. They had informed us that the rain we had during installation would "shock the roots of the grass to root in". we stayed off of the grass for 14 days (they suggested 10). it has not been over 6 months. There is no drainage, half the grass is dead. Overall, a complete waste of money

We had a couple of changes before the concrete was poured and Alex was extremely patient with our changes. He also found that part of the ground where the concrete patio was going to go did not have solid ground underneath and he rectified that with a cost effective option. There was no over budget, unexpected costs. The job didn't get started within the time frame we were told but was due to weather which delayed him finishing a previously scheduled job.

His finishing touches and imagination to complete the job showed his expertise and pride in a job well done. My husband is a perfectionist and even he felt the job was fabulous.

We did not expect him and his team to be working on several jobs at the same time however he had a good process for getting the right people in place to complete the many aspects of preparing for a new patio. It was completed start to finish in 10 days which was about twice the time expected but was well worth the weight.

We WILL DEFINITELY use this company again.

I looked around trying to find a company that would give my house more entryway appeal and to do something to make my existing tile look better. I wanted it to be decorative and elegant without paying an arm and a leg. I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly, but after viewing the photos on the www.linderconcrete.com website I had a pretty good idea. I called and scheduled a prompt consultation with Alex Linder. I spent one day meeting with the owner himself who went over all of my options. I never felt pressured, alex was an easy going guy! I found him very friendly and I was instantly comfortable with him. I was also a little surprised by how quickly we were able to come to a decision that we both felt great about. I felt that Alex Linder was extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions with patience. That night he emailed me a quote and the next day I scheduled my work.
I am highly impressed with the outcome it turned out gorgeous! It is a sleek stamped slate with lots of depth to it like your looking down into the smooth surface. They applied a clear sealer top coat which made the surface very smooth but it has a lot of traction which was a main concern of mine.  His employees were polite and respectful while they quite quickly completed their job and they even did it during periodic rain showers! They just configured a tarp set up and continued on. Looking at it, one would never know it was poured under such conditions. We also decided to overlay another smaller entry to our shop which he just did at the same time. I actually have future plans for concrete countertops and a concrete acid stain floor for my large kitchen and entertaining area! I feel very confident using Linder Concrete for all of this and I recommend them to my family and friends.

Mr Lindner came by to give us and estimate. We appreciated his soft spoken and pleasant manner.

He gave us a timely printed quote with several options. He was very helpful and had good suggestions.

We took our time to think it over without feeling pressured to make a decision. After making our decision he started the job the next day.

The crew were all very nice, they worked at a very fast efficient pace. The old concrete was jack hammered and carefully removed.

Excavation and most of the forms were completed the first day.

Steps and porch were poured and the rest of the forms were completed. The concrete was loaded and hauled way on day two.

Walkways and patio were poured and beautifully completed on day 3.

Alex and his crew great to work with, and my husband and I were impressed with the work.

We had several quotes for this work, and we were really happy we choose Linder Concrete.
