JMP Integrations

JMP was a referral from a fellow employee at my place of work. While having a problem with getting a time to do the installation, once the installation began he was on time, work ethic was great, would keep me informed of any problems and explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. I felt the price was very reasonable especially when you consider that the job was done well. One other note: about a month after the installation I bought a blue ray player and JMP come out and installed it. While he was doing the installation he noticed that one of the wiring connections was coming lose. He informed me of the problem and fixed it. Because it was something he had done incorrectly the first time there was no charge and also installed the blue ray player at no charge. Imagine my complete surprise when he did this. I refused his offer of the free installation of the blue ray player. That is what I mean by being ethical and his integrity was absolutely great. I will absolutely use him again and have no problems referrer him to my friends and neighbors. It is so rare to find a contractor who does what he say will do and does it right or if a mistake is made fixes the problem at no charge.
