The owner came out and did a thorough inspection, put out bait and came back in a week to check again. He pointed out some areas where rodents might get under the house and carried out the repairs. It looks like all is well at this point. We are on a bimonthly contract, and because we live in a rural area, this is a good protection.

Process was great.  He explained his process, and what to expect.  All we had to do is point out the general area and he did the rest.  Hive was destroyed, and the yellow jackets are gone.

Harns Pro Tech checked for rodents in our attic and all around our home. They set traps in our attic. They showed up on time for the appointment and did a good job. I feel the price was good for the work done. I will use them again in the future if needed.

I give him A's on all the grades. I will definitely have him come back again. Unfortunately, I haven't had a pest after that. The price was very reasonable. He said if the wasp comes out again, I can call him, and he can get rid of it without any charge. I didn't need to do that, and he got it out for the first time.

We had several pest control companies come out for rats that stated they fixed it but didn't. Bob fixed the hatches and arrived on time and work diligently to get rid of the rats. He was able to get rid of the rat issue that I was having. Bob is very pleasant and honest with his work. He also was able to get rid of the bee issue that I was having during the summer.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND BOB SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. HOWEVER, PART OF THE PRICE WAS FOR FOLLOW UP VISITS TO CHECK TRAPS. BOB DIDN'T TAKE ANY INITIATIVE AND I HAD TO CONTACT HIM REPEATEDLY TO COME OUT. DIDN'T CATCH ANY RODENTS DURING THE FIRST TWO VISITS. BUT CLAIMS ONE WAS CAUGHT ON THE LAST VISIT. SEEMED A PLOY TO GET ME TO SIGN UP FOR SERVICE PLAN.
