Were supposed to start within 30 days of contract signing. Didn't start until 50 days later.
Halo was 3-6 hours late for each visit and sometimes they didn't show up at all.
Subflooring replacement was sub-par and left room for rodent intrustion.
There were bubbles in the linoleum, bumps under the carpet.
DIdn't rehang all doors. Some of the doors they rehung would not close. Never checked to make sure they worked. Always in a hurry to get in and out without checking the quality of the work.
Left gaps between the moulding and the flooring.
Can't remove heat register after installation.
Didn't pay the flooring sub-contractor who then put a lien on my house.
STAY AWAY from this contractor!

It took them 14 months to do what I understand should have been a 2-3 month job. (You can bulid an entire house from scratch in 3 weeks.) The first 2 people who contacted me as the "project manager" said they'd go visit the house and get back to me within 2-3 days. I never heard from either again. It was March 26, 2010 before I heard from anyone actually planning to do anything--more than 4 months after the fire. Two weeks later, their kitchen redo was so uninspired that I hired a designer to redo the kitchen, so there was subsequently some delay on my part--6 weeks. They were given detailed plans 6 weeks later. It then took them another 2 months to begin work, then 5 months to complete it. It turned out the (nice) kid who was "project manager" had something like 9 other jobs underway. This company made no attempt to keep me informed, never provided a time line for the project, and often failed to respond to either telephone calls or email. They also lied to my insurance adjuster, saying they were "on time" and would be finished by mid-July, resulting in my housing allowance being terminated at that time. They had not begun working by mid-July, and did not finish the project until near the end of January 2011. I recommend YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
