GOTCHA PEST CONTROL

Scott showed up right on time. He knew exactly what to do. He baited the ants and we watched as they carried the bait back to their nest. He left me with some extra bait to make sure we got them all. He was very professional and courteous. It appears the ants are gone. I was very pleased with the service performed.

They do an excellent job. We only know they have been here because they leave the bill and we don't have any more ant problems.

He was professional, punctual, and my dogs loved him. Excellent service and value all round.

We have a contract with them. They come 4 times a year. We've been using them for 10 years. They come on their schedule and do a good job. They don't leave a mess behind. We haven't had any problems. We have never compared their prices.

He came out as soon as he could, which was pretty fast. He was very courteous. He did a good job. I have used him within the last five years for molds. I am satisfied with his service. I can't think of any discrepancies. I would use him again.

Initially I was impressed, he seemed to know what he was doing, so I signed a contract with him. Then, not good. Scott, the owner, convinced me that it would be a good idea to put rodent bait-packets in the crawl of our new home. We live on acreage and I was opposed to the idea. He said not to worry because they would eat what was in the rodent stations so I need not worry about them chewing their way into my crawl to get the packets they my smell in there. Unfortunately, he never came back to refill the stations, so the rodents got hungry, smelled the packets and did chew their way in and made a huge mess under our new home. Now we have rodents under our home where there were none before he came out. This has created a nightmare of a problem for us! They had no reason to be there before they smelled food! We had to call him to show up for service calls, and then, when we did, his technician sat outside our gate, called my phone, I was on the other line and instead of leaving a message, he left and they charged me a $108 service fee. They charged me for 4 Rodent stations when there were only 3 on the premises. I called Scott and tried to clear thing up and he was extremely rude to me on the phone. I felt like this company didn't keep their word and like they weren't honorable. I paid the bill plus an extra $10 as an act of good faith, because I am an honorable person. However, I also told Scott that I would not use his services again or refer him to anyone again.

The service and response was very good this time also, and again the price seemed fair. Both times the trucks appeared as promised. The first technician was able to show me both old and recent boring holes of three types of pests that had been or were in the structural wood. I was impressed. The technician this time didn't offer this information, but otherwise seemed as competent as the first man. I will hire Gotcha again, and next time will quiz the technician about what pests, if any, he sees.

Everything was fine. He met me prior to the job and I left for him to do his job. I saw a bunch of dead bugs after the job. I am very happy of his work.

We will continue to use this company for our pest control needs

Good so far no sign of carpenter ants around the carving or the house.

I have had problems with carpenter ants and a bee's nest that they took care of for me. They do a good maintenance service, always arriving on schedule. They are reliable and very respectful of my property.
